Comprehensive rehabilitation, wellness and education services include Medicare-certified outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy.
Our Wellness Program services are primarily preventive in nature and use a holistic approach that treats both symptoms and underlying causes of pain and debility while countering the negative effects of aging by promoting functional independence, wellness and improving overall health and comfort.

Our goal is to enable them to reach their highest level of independence as quickly as possible. The majority of our residents return home or to a lower level of care. Our highly advanced program incorporates the expertise of our distinguished team of professionals.
