Our client is an exciting digital media company focused on creating compatibility solutions across multiple consumer devices. Currently, this company is looking for a Software Architect to design and build the backend software for streaming HD and SD video to PC machines. Architect must be familiar with building applications that interface with Microsoft and Intel based products. This person will be responsible for the "plumbing" of the application, working with the Front End developers to ensure that the application works correctly. The ideal candidate MUST be familiar with Windows DRM (It is designed to provide secure delivery of audio and/or video content over an IP network to a PC or other playback device in such a way that the distributor can control how that content is used).

Experience Required

Must be familiar with the following technologies:

• PlayReady
  
• MPEG2/H.264 video
  
• HTTP video streaming/serving
  
• C++ development, C#
  
• DirectShow/Media Foundation (including development of filters)
