Ajilon Consulting is currently looking for a who has hands-on experience with mission critical, high volume OLTP systems
Solid software development experience (10+ years) - J2EE, Java/Swing, EJB, C++, Sybase, Unix, NT/W2K, System Administration, CORBA, ANT, Make, Source Control Tools (Perforce)
Ability to articulate integrated/interfacing systems architecture of multiple systems based on different technologies
Very good planning and organization skills
Integration testing across multiple systems in a hands-on role:
Coordinate and set up technical environment (hardware/software, connectivity etc.)
Data synchronization between various interfacing systems
Production support of global deployment requiring 24x7 support.
Experience with load and stress testing
Experience with QA/testing and automated testing tools
Performance tuning and optimization
Thorough knowledge of source control tools and practices.
BS degree in Computer Science
Financial industry experience a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to work well within team environment
Ability to handle production support on-call responsibility as part of 24 X 7 rotation
Good communication and documentation skills
