Location: Chicago, IL3 MonthsWork with Finance organization to update, design and develop training materialsfor excel based planning and forecasting tools for Sales and Finance end users. Develop communications for end user and key stakeholders. Accountable for successful implementation of RandT solutions for impacted functional areas. This role will partner with the Finance Team and key business stakeholders to develop training and communications for new excel Finance planning and forecasting tools. Develop and support delivery of functional communication messages, tailoring them to meet the needs of multiple stakeholder groups. Design and develop end user training materials (inclusive of course outlines, power point presentations, job aids, technical data sets, exercises, evaluations/assessments, etc). Coordinate and/or execute the recording of Business Process Procedures (BPPs) by Team members; polish the final documents to ensure they meet the needs of the business user community. Coordinate the review and sign-off of training materials by SMEs. Develop change guide materials to drive understanding within the business of what is changing. Prepare trainers by participating in and delivering Train-the-Trainer session. Support training deployment planning and execution. Complete work plans tasks and milestones on time, manage workload, and escalate issues to the RandT and other Leads. Gain business acceptance and sign-off on all deliverables. Develop and manage relationships with key business counterparts. Develop strategy and tactics to advance capability of end user. Required: Finance MS Office
