Senior Sales Executive
Our client, a leading insurance subrogation services provider based in Indiana is seeking to hire a Senior Sales Executive to join their team. The Senior Sales Executive will have proven success with identifying and closing complex, multi-year Business Process Outsourcing engagements with large organizations (preferably in the Insurance Sector).

This company has a tremendous track record of winning significant BPO opportunities and leveraging their experience and reputation to penetrate further into existing accounts as well as new organizations. Interested applicants who do not have experience selling multi-million dollar engagements or who cannot prove their status as a top producing salesperson need not show interest or submit their resume. Responsibilities:
• Identify and Develop relationships at the Executive Level within organizations that meet our target client profile.
• Achieve and exceed sales revenue quota targets by winning new contracts and expanding existing relationships that are already in place
• Define and develop lead generation strategies new accounts and further penetrate existing accounts through the identification of key stakeholders
• Present personalized sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our product in helping to obtain missed revenue opportunities
• Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective clients throughout the United States
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, account plan strategy and prospecting activity

Requirements:
• 3-5 years verifiable sales experience as a top producer within a Business Process Outsourcing company
• Thorough understanding of BPO and Conceptual Sales to Sr. Executives
• Proven experience selling to top level executives within large organizations and negotiating complex contracts
• Ability to travel up to 80%
• Strong communication and presentation skills
