What you need for this position:
- 2 years experience with IPT
- 1 years experience with Cisco Call Manager 4.1/6.1, voice gateways, Unity 5.0
- 1 years experience with Cisco Router and switch configurations to support VoIP
- Basic understanding of QoS to support VoIP
- Experience managing complex dial plans
- Experience with Cisco Emergency Responder highly desired, but not required
- Experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center and IVRs strongly desired, but not required
- Cisco certifications desired, but not required
What you'll be doing:
- Analyze, implement, and maintain all IP Telephony across an enterprise
- Install, configure, optimize, and maintain all Cisco Unified Call Managers, voice gateways, and Unity systems.
- Assist in feasibility studies on tactical and strategic IP telephony plans
- Provide 1st and 2nd tier support for corporate IP Telephony
- Participate in the development and implementation of IPT standards, processes and security to maintain corporate IT standards
- Develop, update, and audit IPT documentation
- Analyze project needs/requirements and recommend systems to enable enterprise integration of IPT systems and hardware.
- Update, maintain, and communicate project plans and status updates
- Training and mentoring to develop members of the team and other technical resources, as necessary
- Troubleshooting and resolution of help desk tickets
