What you need for this position:
- Ability to deliver high quality product features/components based on high level concepts
- Team leadership skills (worked in, and led teams sized up to 10 people)
- Work experience with distributed/offshore development teams
- Work experience developing fault tolerant, highly scalable, distributed software on the Windows platform
- Debugging and problem solving
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Good written communication
- BS or MS in Engineering/Computer Science or related field preferred
- Development skills that includes but not limited to: Object Oriented Design, Relational Database Design
- Programming Languages that includes but not limited to: C , C#, Factelligence, VIZNET, SQL Server, Microsoft.NET, market knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and SCADA HMI.

What you'll be doing:
- Your primary role is to lead the team (up to 10 in-house, as well as off-shore teams) into developing Window-based software programs to perform historical data collection and retrieval for industrial automation systems.
- Development effort includes design, implementation and development testing
- Deliver high quality product features/components
- Maintain and foster a positive relationship with peers, Developers, Managers, Technical Support, Product Management
