Dynamic Global Trading Firm, located in the Chicago Loop, is currently seeking a VOIP Engineer with Trading Turret experience, to support enterprise wide Cisco VOIP and IPC Trading Turret system technologies. Candidate will help design, implement, troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain corporate and auxiliary Voice Over IP systems and peripherals. The VoIP Engineer will be comfortable interfacing with business customers, and most importantly have a team-oriented approach to projects and day to day responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Design, implementation, and maintenance of VoIP in a campus environment.
Plan and recommend system/network architecture for VoIP, Traditional TDM based phone systems and other supporting technologies such as United Communications and Unified Messaging.
Maintain technical role in support of VoIP, Unified Messaging, Unified Communications, and traditional TDM phone systems.
Develop and maintain ongoing QoS and other network designs and parameters in coordination with Network Engineering.
Ensure the stable and reliable connectivity of all networked systems.

* Circuit Provisioning
* VOIP design, implementation, and support
* Wireless e-mail device implementation and support
* Moves, adds, and changes for telecommunication equipment
* Trading turret implementation and support
* Provide management reports for telecommunications performance and utilization
* Provide and maintain architectural documentation of telecommunications infrastructure

Qualifications:
* 5 years experience in network and/or telecommunications industry
* 3 years experience with Cisco phone systems
* Experience with trading turrets preferred
* Blackberry experience is desired, but not required
*Previous Avaya experience is a plus.
