JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical abilities and experience supporting Lotus Notes (Domino) is a MUST.

Seeking a Lotus Notes Support Specialist to provide level 1 help desk support in a dynamic environment. Looking for the person who can focused on providing excellent customer service support. The selected candidate will be a self starter and work well in a team.

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience help desk experience
- Basic Workstation configuration experience and competencies
- Ability to imaging computers (Ghost, SMS, SCCM a plus)
- College degree preferred
- Good communications skills
- Individual must be motivated to learn
- Team player is a must
