Top proprietary trading firm in downtown Chicago is seeking a C#.NET or JAVA Software Engineer to join their team. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead to develop better and more robust front, middle and Back Office trade support applications. There are 3 main applications that need complete redesign, and needs a senior level .NET or JAVA engineer to continue building the products.
Must Have Technical Skills:
- 3 years of Object Oriented development and design in either C# or JAVA
- Experience developing Web based application and tools
- Agile methodologies
- SQL Server Database
- GUI and server development
- Interest in developing Trading, Transactional, brokerage, and or Financial Applications.
- Bachelors and/or Masters degree from a top reputable university
Pluses: - Multithreaded application development
