Job Description :-

Senior process consultant with experience in assessing and defining a business and technical solution strategy.
Extensive experience in defining systems and process requirements, identifying gaps; providing recommendation; knowledge of similar industries.


Skill Sets :-

Must Have:
a) Process Mapping Methodology Experience
b) Reengineering Methodology Experience
c) Analytical Thinking
d) Assertiveness and negotiation skills at different levels (Business and Technical language; Top Management vs. System programmer)
e) IT Proposal Building Experience (experience on building Capex / Opex financial proposal)
f) PepsiCo or beverage industry Business Process knowledge (desirable)
g) Knowledge of MS Dynamics, Coded Materials (desirable)


Required Qualifications :-

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar Masters in Business
