Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for acting as the primary contact between the UIFC and the
Clients and wholesale partners making telephone inquiries

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
· Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Provides customer service, education and for closing sales of Sharia’a home acquisition and deposit products to UIFC clients and wholesale partners.
· Documents telephone calls, maintains compliance with all applicable laws and procedures and as directed by the Quality Assurance and/or Chief Education Officer.
· Provides assistance to other team members.

Customer Service:
· Understands and documents all inquiries
· Identifies and courteously provides for the clients or wholesale partners needs

Educates clients and wholesale partners by telephone and/or electronically:
1. Sharia’a allowable home acquisition
· Ijara
· Murabaha
· Musharak

2. Conventional and UIFC home acquisition requirements

3. Sharia’a allowable deposits
· Checking
· Certificates of Deposits
· Money Market

4. Technologies and processes
· Mortgage
· Loan Prospector
· Underwriting

Closes Sales:

1. Home acquisition
· Obtains and provides required information and documents
· Runs Loan Prospector
· Maintains contact with client from application to closing/cancellation/denial
2. Deposit
· Obtains and provides required information and documents
· Secures deposits and maintains contact with client from application to account opening
· Participates monthly in one outside event

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.


Business-Related Contacts:
· Midwest Loan Services: Processing/Underwriting/Closing
· All UIFC Staff/Tellers: Deposit issues
· Prospects/clients/organizations: Sales
· Business Partners: Sales

Qualifications:

Education And/Or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Four-year college degree or two years of successful work experience in a customer service position is desired.

Other Skills And Abilities:
· Telephone fluency in a second language, Arabic and Urdu preferred.
· Extraordinary oral communication skills
· Very good math and written communication skills.
· Ability to follow procedures
· Ability to work without close supervision
· Ability to accept challenges of being part of a growing team
