A: From the top menu, select 'My Resume' and then 'Edit Resume'. Make all necessary changes to your resume. Click the auto generate link next to the resume text to update your resume preview with your changes. Save your changes.

Q: How can I create/edit/delete a Job Search Agent?

A: Click on the 'Job Search Agents' link on the My Jobs navigation bar. Clicking the link will take you to your Job Search Agents page, where you can create, review, update, and delete any of the Job Search Agents.
To create a Job Search Agent, click on the 'Create a Job Search Agent' link and follow the instructions. To edit a Job Search Agent, click on the edit link, edit the agent and click on Save Agent. To delete a Job Search Agent, simply click on the Delete link next to it.

A: If you are thinking of canceling your account because you are no longer looking for a job, we recommend that you deactivate the job search tools associated with your account, rather than cancel your account entirely. By deactivating your job search, you will be able to keep your resume on file, retain your networking profile and contacts, and continue to have access to GadBall.
If you'd still rather cancel your GadBall account, please click on the 'My Preferences' link in the 'My Account' navigation bar. On the 'My Preferences' page, click on the 'Delete My Account' button.

A: To change password, click the 'My Preferences' link on the My Account navigation bar. Clicking the link will take you to your preferences page, where you can review and update information associated with your account. To change your password, enter your new password in the Password and Verify Password fields. To change your email address, click the 'edit' link associated with the Log In & Email section and complete all required information. To change your email address or password, click the 'account' link on the My Monster navigation bar. Clicking the link will take you to the main Account page, where you can review and update all information associated with your account. Q: Why didn't I receive a response when I applied online?

A: Each employer has its own method of evaluating resumes. If you're applying to a job at a small company, you may get a personalized response indicating that your resume was received. Many larger companies have automated email replies that perform the same function. Other companies, do not acknowledge the receipt of resume unless they want to initiate the interview process.

A: You can view the jobs you've applied online by selecting the "My Jobs Statistics" item in the Jobs menu.

A: Yes, you will need to include a resume when you apply online. You will have the opportunity to view and verify your resume before you apply to a position. If you're trying to apply to a job without a resume, GadBall will redirect you to create a resume by building a resume online, uploading an exisiting resume, or copying and pasting plain text.

A: When you apply online, employers receive your resume via email. Employers can also access this information at any time within their GadBall Employer accounts. When you apply online, the job posting is then listed and can be tracked on your Job Statistics page.

Q: What is a job search RSS feed?

A: Just like a job search agent, saving you job search as an RSS feed automates your job search. Instead of entering the same job search criteria each time you conduct a search, you can enter your search criteria once and receive the latest matching results in your RSS reader. Clicking a displayed job will take you to GadBall, where you can learn more about the job and apply online.
To save your job search criteria as an RSS feed, simply run a search for jobs using your criteria and copy the RSS link at the bottom of the results page. This unique RSS link can be added to any RSS reader.

A: If you forgot your Username and Password, please click HERE to use our "Forgot Password" tool.
If you've changed email address or forgoteen which email address you used for creating a GadBall account, please contact us with as much of the folliwng information as possible: you old email address, first name, last name, street address, city, state, country, zip code, and phone number. Once we verify the information, we will email your Username and Password to your current email address.
