Here presents an exceptional opportunity for a talented technical Support Engineer to diversify their skills in the testing, release and configuration management space.
Working for a global market leading software configuration management (SCM) provider you will be providing exceptional levels of customer service within their technical support team. Answering, diagnosing and resolving enquiries.
In the instance you cannot solve a problem you will refer it to the QA engineers in order to find a solution. You will track and document any ongoing bugs and referring it to the test release team so that enhancements can be made.
In order to be suitable you must have:
- Technical support experience
- Software Configuration Management skills (highly regarded)
- Testing skills (highly regarded)
- Technical skills in one or more of the following:
o C C++
o Windows
o Mac OSX
o Unix Linux
o TCP IP Networking
- Superb communication and customer service skills
