The essential functions of the Account Executive, Healthcare are as follows:
  • Assist the Account Executive and Account Manager through cold calling in the generation of qualified sales leads that contribute to business growth and development
  • Determine and implement appropriate lead generation techniques for market, industry, skill set and region
  • Source companies that are not current clients to generate a list of employees who have the required skills that are needed to satisfy our client needs
  • Input and update the information that is collected through sourcing in a spreadsheet that is used by the team as a resource for recruiting
  • Explore the market, identify and qualify candidates in their assigned function by engaging in sourcing activities to include, but not be limited to: market research (job fairs, job boards, etc.), identifying candidate sources, cold calling, and recruiting calls
  • Determine and implement appropriate recruiting techniques for market, industry, skill set, and region
  • Conduct market research to identify competitor information and provide the information to the senior management as needed (for market analysis)
  • Proactively create a talent pool that meets the needs of the business unit, while also reacting to situational hiring needs
  • Qualify candidates by conducting telephone mini-interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements
  • Evaluate market conditions and ensure candidate inventory population stays at appropriate levels to accommodate anticipated client demand

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Associate's Degree and one year of professional work experience are required, two years of professional sales experience in lieu of degree, or a combination of education and experience
  • Six months of staffing, telemarketing, research, or Web research experience is preferred, but not required
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
